As a privately held company, whom in the past, has provided full and reasonable management packages and most recently have decided that as part of our management consulting services we offer live training presentations.

Ashanti has experience in both the government and public sector community for more than 50 years. She began her career working in various capacities of office support, system designs, implementation, planning, and support and management consultant.
She most recently provides services in developing, organizing, and planning medical events. Ms. Hassan has extensive experience working for and with professional associations and societies.

Carolyn is no new-comer to D.E.M. Enterprises, with over 35 years of government and private sector service she has an extensive background in planning, program operations, management, customer/administrative support, computer administration/information analyst.
Ms. Olidge an entrepreneur for over 40 years in the field of theatrical arts; with a strong background in business administration, sales, marketing, and promotions, project design and production allows her to provide carte blanch treatment our clients.
John E. Young
Executive Vice President of Operations
John E. Young comes to D.E.M. from a different aspect of the business world. As a former self employed vendor, Mr. Young possesses the ability to oversee and manage the daily aspects of managing those intricate details that might otherwise be overlooked.
Since joining the D.E.M. family, Mr. Young has helped us realize annual revenue gains of over 100% over the last three years. Mr. Young directly manages a staff of developers, technical architects, system and network administrators, testers, and project analysts. Mr. Young brings over 18 years of experience in daily operations, including recent experience in the conference and event management services in the medical health care community.

Chaz as he is so fondly called, brings to D.E.M. a wide variety of experience in the information technical field such as airport runway, application hosting, CAD (computer-aided design) systems integration design services and computer equipment repair/maintenance services without retailing new computers, as well as the installation of cable and phone service.
However, as the Compliance Officer he oversees every aspect of our services is within the scope of Federal and State laws, while ensuring that our ethical and moral values continue to come first in our business dealings all of which is extremely necessary in the day-to-day operations in managing our client affairs.
